Breathing + Mindfulness + Yoga
Personal sessions that allow you to gain greater control over your thoughts and emotions, increase empathy, and reduce or eliminate long-standing physical pain - from the comfort of your own home. Discover foundational skills of mindfulness, yoga, and breathing that will prepare you for more advanced courses in the future.
If you reside in San Francisco, the session will take place in your home. Students outside of San Francisco may opt for TWO online sessions.
$250 per one in-home session/per two online sessions. Offer expires December 24, 2023.
