Breathing +  Mindfulness + Yoga

A course that will allow you to gain greater control over your thoughts and emotions, increased empathy, and the reduction or elimination of long-standing physical pain. Students also learn foundational skills of mindfulness, yoga, and breathing that prepare them for more advanced courses in the future.

 

  1. 1 live Zoom session per week

  2. 1 weekly email with tips to help relieve stress and anxiety, fortify resilience and cultivate your well-being and equanimity. 

  3. This class will have a monthly membership fee of $30.00 and meet every Monday at 8 a.m. PST
